PWF March 7 Meeting - Workplace Harassment with Bess Solutions

Bessie Jackson, is the President and Owner of Bess Solutions, a business and professional resources and development company located in Lexington Kentucky.  She retired from Federal service with the U.S. Department of Housing and UrbanDevelopment (HUD) in September 2010 with over 40 years of experience in planning, management and implementation of sustainable communities programs. Ms. Jackson will present a condensed training on Workplace Harassment which will include:

*  What is/is not discrimination and harassment
*  What the law says about discrimination and harassment
*  Words and behaviors that constitute harassment
*  Impact of harassment on employees and the organization
